Northwestern Region (Iceland)
The Northwestern Region (Icelandic: [Norðurland vestra] Error: {{Lang}}: text has italic markup (help)) is a region in the north of the Iceland. The population of the region was 7,810 (2007). The biggest town in the region is Sauðárkrókur, with a population of 3,000.
