Obie Trice
Obie Trice III (born 14 November 1977) is an American rapper and songwriter. He was born in Detroit, Michigan, U.S.. On 5 October 1998, he became the loving father of his daughter, Kobie. He has been rapping since the age of 23 and had a number of underground hits such as "Respect", and "Dope Jobs Homeless", before he signed to Shady Records in 2000.
His debut album Cheers was released in September 2003 with its first single being "Got Some Teeth" The album consists of 17 tracks, no skits, with production from Eminem, Dr. Dre, Timbaland, Mike Elizondo, Emile, Fredwreck, and Denaun Porter. Artists featuring on Cheers include Busta Rhymes, Eminem, Dr. Dre, Nate Dogg, D12, amongst others.
