Othelino Neto
Othelino Nova Alves Neto (born on July 7, 1975) is a Brazilian politician affiliated with the Communist Party of Brazil (PCdoB). Currently, he has been a state deputy in the state of Maranhão since 2013 and served as the President of the Legislative Assembly of Maranhão.[1]
