Pacific Data Images
Pacific Data Images (PDI) was an American computer animation and visual effects production company that was bought by DreamWorks SKG in 2000. It was renamed PDI Animation and was owned by DreamWorks Animation.

Founded in 1980 by Carl Rosendahl, PDI was one of the pioneers of computer animation. It produced over 700 commercials, contributed visual effects to more than 70 feature movies, and produced and contributed to many DreamWorks Animation's movies, including the second computer-animated movie ever, Antz, and movies from the Shrek and Madagascar franchises & P • L • A • N • E • S (2013)
