Pamela L. Reeves

Pamela Lynn Reeves (July 21, 1954 – September 10, 2020) was an American politician and lawyer. She was the Chief United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee from 2019 until her death. She was the first female judge to serve in the Eastern District.[1] Reeves was born in Marion, Virginia. She was nominated to the court by President Barack Obama in 2014.

Reeves died on September 10, 2020 from cancer, aged 66.[2]
