Pat Phoenix
Patricia Frederika Phoenix (nèe Manfield and Pilkington; 26 November 1923 in St Mary's Hospital at Fallowfield, Manchester, England – 17 September 1986 in Stockport, Greater Manchester, England) was an English actress who became one of the first sex symbols of British television through her role as Elsie Tanner, an original cast member of Coronation Street, which she played from 1960 to 1973 and again from 1976 to 1984.
