Peter Vere-Jones
Peter Vere-Jones (21 October 1939 – January 2021) was a New Zealand actor. He was known for his works with director Peter Jackson. He appeared in four of his movies. He was also known for starring in the New Zealand television series Shortland Street.[1]

In the 2002 Queen's Birthday and Golden Jubilee Honours, Vere-Jones was appointed an Officer of the New Zealand Order of Merit.[2]
Vere-Jones died in January 2021, aged 82.[3]
