A pork pie
Pork pies are a type of meat pie and are a common British food. They are made of chopped pork and pork jelly sealed in a hot water crust pastry, and are most of the time eaten cold. They are most of the time eaten at picnics, or in a lunch.

A gala pie (so called because they were a treat at fairs, or galas), is a cuboidal pork pie with one or more embedded hard-boiled eggs. Generally made in two sizes, individual and larger. This shows a section through one.
