Poundbury
Poundbury is a new town outside of Dorchester in the county of Dorset, England. It is an experiment town built by prize-winning architect Léon Krier. It was planned and supported by Charles, Prince of Wales, on whose land it is built on (Duchy of Cornwall).[1]
Its design is based on New Urbanist ideas. It is set to be finished in 2025. Around 6,000 people will live here.[2]
