Prime Minister of the Cook Islands
The Prime Minister of the Cook Islands is the head of government of the Cook Islands, a self-governing territory in free association with New Zealand.

The Governor-General of New Zealand, the Hon Anand Satyanand, and Mrs Susan Satyanand, made their first formal visit to the Cook Islands in August 2007. On 23 August, they met members of the Cook Islands Government, including Prime Minister Jim Marurai (pictured centre left) and Cabinet Ministers, Hon Wilkie Rasmussen, Hon Ngaumau Munokoa and the Hon Kete Ioane.
