Ramesh Chandra Panda
Ramesh Chandra Panda, (24 November 1935 – 18 December 2003) was an Odisha politician. He was a Communist Party of India worker in Odisha politics. Ramesh served as an MLA in the Odisha Legislative Assembly three times. He was elected to the 5th, 6th and 7th Odisha Legislative Assembly from Ranpur Legislative Assembly constituency in the 1971, 1974 and 1977 Odisha Legislative Assembly elections respectively[1]

Birth, family and education
Ramesh Chandra Panda was born on 24 November 1935.[1] His father's name was Madan Sundar Panda and his wife's name was Krishna Kumari Panda.[1] He studied law.[1]
Political life
Ramesh was active in Odisha politics as a Communist Party of India worker. He served three terms as an MLA in the Odisha Legislative Assembly.[1]
Death
Ramesh Chandra Panda died on 18 December 2003. He was 68 years old at the time of his death.[1]
