Das ehemalige Rathaus mit Rathausturm am Hauptplatz in der niederösterreichischen Stadtgemeinde Retz. Ursprünglich als gotische Kirche gebaut, blieb sie unvollendet und wurde Mitte des 16. Jahrhunderts zu einem Rathaus mit Rathausturm umgebaut.
