Rice bread is a type of bread that is made from rice flour.[1] It is a gluten-free option for people who are sensitive to it.[2]

Types

The Vietnamese banh mi (baguette) is made with rice flour and sometimes wheat flour. It has an airy and crispy texture.[3]

Liberian rice bread is a type of rice bread, made with rice flour, mashed ripe plantains, butter, eggs, baking soda, sugar, salt, water, and grated ginger.[4]
