Richard Laird
Richard Laird (July 4, 1939 – December 14, 2020) was an American Democratic politician. He was a member of the Alabama House of Representatives from 1978 to 2014.[1][2] He was born in Rome, Georgia.
Laird died of COVID-19 on December 14, 2020, in Carrollton, Georgia at age 81.[3]
