River Cottage Spring is a Channel 4 television programme. It follows Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall at his Dorset home and his teaching school River Cottage.[1][2] It shows him and his team, harvesting crops, cooking organic food and teaches families how to be smallholders. He also challenges Tesco to change its chicken products from battery-farmed to organic and free-range reared.[3][4] "Chicken products" refers to the eggs as well as the meat.
