Rob Lowe
Rob Lowe (born March 17, 1964)[1] is an American actor. He has acted in many television programs and movies. He was in Parks and Recreation between 2010 and 2015,[2] The West Wing between 1999 and 2003 and in the movies St. Elmo Fire and Wayne's World. He was born in Charlottesville, Virginia.[3]
