Rodolphe Seeldrayers
Rodolphe William Seeldrayers (December 16, 1876 – October 7, 1955) was a Belgian football administrator. He was the fourth President of FIFA from 1954 to 1955. He was worked in the official associations of Belgium sports.[1]
