Ars et Labor Ferrara, known earlier as S.P.A.L. (Italian pronunciation: [spal]), is a professional football club from Ferrara, Emilia-Romagna, Italy. The club was founded in 1907 and last played in Serie C, the third tier of Italian football. They have played their home matches at Stadio Paolo Mazza since 1928.

Argentinian midfielder Oscar Massei was awarded honorary citizenship by the city of Ferrara in 2007, as one of the most representative players in club's history
