Sam Hinds
Samuel Archibald Anthony "Sam" Hinds (born 27 December 1943) is a Guyanan politician.[1] He was several times Prime Minister of Guyana. Last time from 1999 to 2015. He was also briefly President of Guyana, in 1997.
