Sanjo Kokaji
Sanjo kokaji is a Japanese classical Noh drama play based on an ancient myth from the late 10th century, about the Shinto Kami (or spirit), Inari Okami, the spirit of fertility. Her fox spirit messengers and herself would assist a blacksmith named Munichika to forge one of Japan’s most famous swords named The ‘kogitsune-maru’ (or little fox in English).
