Sarku Japan

Sarku Japan is an American-Canadian quick serve restaurant chain. It focuses on Japanese cuisine. It was founded in 1987. It has grown to include over 180 locations in 32 states across the country, as of September 2021. Most of the chain's restaurants are in shopping mall food courts.
