Scarra
William Li (born November 25, 1989), better known by his alias Scarra, is an American Twitch streamer. He is a former professional League of Legends player.[1][2] He is most well known for playing with Team Dignitas.[3] Li is a co-founder of OfflineTV, an online social entertainment group of content creators.
