Scott Bailey (actor)
Scott Michael Bailey (born December 16, 1978) is an American actor. He is known for his roles as Sandy Foster on the CBS soap opera Guiding Light and as Roman Martin on the MyNetworkTV limited-run serial Saints & Sinners.[1] He has acted in movies including Bank Roll, Masked Rider: Dragon Knight and Timeless.[1]
