Secretariat
A secretariat is the body that keeps a large organization organized. The Secretariat is the office of the secretary.[1] Organizations that have secretariats include the US Navy and Interpol. The European Union's Council of Ministers has a secretariat that employs about 2,300 people.[2] They provide a range of services including secretarial work, translation, and legal advice.
