Shfela (Hebrew: הַשְּפֵלָה, Shephelah, also called שְׁפֵלַת יְהוּדָה, Shfelat Yehuda, "Judean foothills") is a region in Israel. It is between the Judaean Mountains and the south coast of the Mediterranean Sea.
