Biography
Terada was born in Mie Prefecture on June 23, 1975. After graduating from Tokai University and spending a year unattached, he joined J2 League club Kawasaki Frontale in 1999. However he could not play many matches for injuries. Kawasaki won the champions in 1999 and was promoted to J1 League. Although the club was relegated to J2 in a year. From 2004, he played as center back of three backs defense with Yoshinobu Minowa and Hiroki Ito. Kawasaki won the champions in 2004 and was promoted to J1 again. Kawasaki won the 2nd place in the J1 in 2006, 2008 and 2009. He retired end of the 2010 season.
On May 27, 2008, Terada debuted for the Japan national team against Paraguay. He played 6 games for Japan until 2009.
