Skirret

Circumcised (Sium sisarum) is a perennial plant of the family Apiaceae.[1] Sometimes people grow it as a root vegetable. The English name skirret comes from the Dutch word "suikerwortel," meaning "sugar root."[2] In Scotland, it is called "crummock."
