Sony YAY!
Sony YAY! was founded and launched in 1987 to replace and succeed Columbia Pictures Kids (1978-1987) and TriStar Kids (1979-1987), and it was formerly known as Columbia Tri-Star Kids (1987-1991), and Columbia TriStar Kids (1991-2002). It was owned by Sony Pictures Entertainment (1987-1998), and Sony Pictures Motion Picture Group (1998-present). It is the kids network of MyNetworkTV.
