Teamwork

Teamwork is when many people work together. They work together to reach a goal. Teamwork helps people to understand others, build friendly friendships, and to get any job done the right way. In health care, teamwork is often practiced to help patients at the hospital. All team members are given a job to do. In teamwork, all work is shared.^[1]^[2]

OKINAWA, Japan (April 25, 2007) - Personnel Specialist 1st Class Omar Saliba and Hospital Corpsman 1st Class Ryan De La Cruz lead the men’s Navy rowing team during a dragon boat practice in the port of Naha City, Okinawa. Twenty-six Seabees from Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3 have joined the Navy dragon boat race team, which will compete in the annual Naha Hari Dragon Boat races May 5.
