Temozolomide
Temozolomide is a chemotheraputic drug used in the treatment of brain cancer, specifically Glioblastoma multiforme and Anaplastic astrocytoma. In patients with these two types of brain cancer, temozolomide has been shown to extend survival. It is currently an experimental treatment in Metastatic melanoma patients.
