This template is the "nb" (No Book display) variation of Template:Bibleverse. Use this when making more than 1 reference to the same book in a sentence, or where the book name appears separate from the chapter:verse display.

Example

Verse {{bibleverse-nb||John|3:16}} of John

produces:

Verse 3:16 of John
