Usage
Template:ISO 639 name rom is part of a series that resolves the ISO 639-1, ISO 639-2 and ISO 639-3 codes to language names.
Former usage
The following templates now use Module:Lang, which stores the language code and name data in Module:Language/data/iana languages, Module:Language/data/ISO 639-3, and Module:Language/data/wp languages.
- {{Lang|rom| some text in Romani}} wraps the text with <span lang="rom"> and could be used by the template {{Lang}} with language code rom to include articles in Category:Articles containing Romani-language text (may be created using {{Category articles containing non-English-language text |Romani |rom}}). Also available is {{Lang-rom |some text in Romani}} which displays as Romany: some text in Romani.
- {{R from other language|rom|("to" language code)}} includes pages in Category:Redirects from Romani-language terms (may be created using {{Redirect from alternative language category}}).
- {{R from alternative language|("from" language code)|rom}} includes pages in Category:Redirects to Romani-language terms (may be created using {{Redirect to alternative language category}}).
