Template:ISO 639 name rue is part of a series that resolves the ISO 639-1, ISO 639-2 and ISO 639-3 codes to language names.
It is used by {{Translated page}} with language code rue, for example: {{Translated page |rue |name of page at Rusyn Wikipedia}}. This template is used to generate a link to the Rusyn Wikipedia and could be used to include pages in Category:Pages translated from Rusyn Wikipedia (may be created using {{Translated sub-cat |rue}}).
Former usage
The following templates now use Module:Lang, which stores the language code and name data in Module:Language/data/iana languages, Module:Language/data/ISO 639-3, and Module:Language/data/wp languages.
- {{Lang|rue| some text in Rusyn}} wraps the text with <span lang="rue"> and could be used by the template {{Lang}} with language code rue to include articles in Category:Articles containing Rusyn-language text (may be created using {{Category articles containing non-English-language text |Rusyn |rue}}). Also available is {{Lang-rue |some text in Rusyn}} which displays as Rusyn: some text in Rusyn.
- {{R from other language|rue|("to" language code)}} includes pages in Category:Redirects from Rusyn-language terms (may be created using {{Redirect from alternative language category}}).
- {{R from alternative language|("from" language code)|rue}} includes pages in Category:Redirects to Rusyn-language terms (may be created using {{Redirect to alternative language category}}).
