REDIRECT Template:Template link code can work so long as it is added to this template first. It will also emit the same hCard and Geo microformats as

Full syntax:

Population and area values to be entered without commas or spacing.
Use "dissolved" only for defunct Regeirungsbezirke, giving the date of dissolution (with wikilinks).
