Makes a flag icon and wikilink to Libya appear. This template is the same as {{flag|Libya}}, but is named after the standard three letter ISO 3166-1 alpha-3 country code and FIFA code for Libya as a shorthand editing convenience.
You can also use {{LBA}} (which is a redirect to this template) because "LBA" is the IOC code for Libya.
