Usage

Administrators, if you have reviewed an unblock request, replace {{unblock|reason for request}} with one of the following:

• {{unblock reviewed | reason for request | reason for declining --~~~~}}
• {{subst:unblocked | reason for request | reason for accepting --~~~~}}

Note: If your reason for declining doesn't show up, it means your signature is breaking it. Use "{{unblock reviewed|reason for request|decline=reason for declining --~~~~}}" in such cases.
