Please remember to substitute the template by using {{subst:Uw-block3}} rather than {{Uw-block3}}. Although this template must be substituted in the user talk page, it has also been designed to display properly when substitution is not possible.

This is an indefinite block notice. For temporary blocks, use {{subst:uw-block1}} or {{subst:uw-block2}} instead. You can specify the reason for the block using the |reason= parameter. You can also choose whether the template auto-includes your signature by using the |sig= parameter.
