Usage
Place {{subst:Welcome-personal|YOURUSERNAME}}
on a new user's talk page, where YOURUSERNAME is your user name.
Advanced usage
If you would like to add an extra message in the middle, use:
{{subst:Welcome-personal|YOURUSERNAME|middle message}}
If you would like to add an extra message in the middle and bottom, use:
{{subst:Welcome-personal|YOURUSERNAME|middle message|bottom message}}
