1 parameter: {{wikiatlas|Europe}} - link to Commons Atlas of Europe

2 parameters: {{wikiatlas|Europe|History of Europe}} - as above but labeled differently

Almost every nation (and territory), in the world, has a Wikiatlas page on Wikimedia Commons.
Also, many of the U.S. states (such as "Florida"), each, have a separate Wikiatlas page.
