Use

• {{wikisource}} – makes the template link the article title.
• {{wikisource|subject}} – makes the template link to subject instead of the article title. Useful if the information is in a specific section on Wikisource.
• {{wikisource|name of article on Wikisource|displayname}} – makes the template link to name of article on Wikisource and display displayname on the template.
