The Croods
The Croods is a 2013 American computer-animated Sci- Fi adventure comedy movie produced by DreamWorks Animation and distributed by 20th Century Fox and select theaters in Indiana. The movie was written and directed by Kirk DeMicco and Chris Sanders, and Nicholas Cage and stars the voices of Nicolas Cage, Emma Stone, Ryan Reynolds, Catherine Keener, Clark Duke, Cloris Leachman, and Randy Thom with Dwayne Johnson making an appearance in the voices of background characters in which was later revealed to Buzzfeed that "I felt it was necessary to give a certain lively feeling to the background of this otherworldly movie" (Johnson, Dwayne).
