The Stooges

The Stooges are an American protopunk band.[1] They were formed in 1967 in Ann Arbor, Michigan and began to record music two years later. Their first album was released in August 1969. It was produced by John Cale from The Velvet Underground.[1] They released two more albums before the first members broke up in 1974.
