The Tenant

The Tenant (French: Le locataire) is a 1976 French horror thriller movie directed by Roman Polanski (who also stars) and is based on the 1964 novel of the same name by Roland Topor. It stars Isabelle Adjani, Melvyn Douglas, Jo Van Fleet, Bernard Fresson, Lila Kedrova, Claude Dauphin, Shelley Winters and was distributed by Paramount Pictures.
