Tholen, Zeelandic: Tole, is a small city and municipality of the province of Zeeland, the Netherlands. In 2016 the municipality had about 25,000 people.

The municipality of Tholen consists of the (former) island of Tholen and the (former) island of Sint Philipsland.

It borders the province of North Brabant.
