Tomas Morkūnas (born January 15, 1991) is a Lithuanian digital marketing specialist and entrepreneur, CEO of the FAD, a member of the Lithuanian Parliament. Tomas Morkūnas was born on January 15, 1991, in Kupiškis, Lithuania. In 2011, he established the website fad.lt and started developing the FAD agency.[1] In 2018, Morkūnas founded Reklamos ateitis (Advertising Future).[2][3][4] Morkūnas supports Unicef Lithuania[5] and has sponsored the basketball club "Jūsų Panevėžys."[6]
