Torekov
Torekov is a locality in Båstad Municipality in Skåne County in Sweden. In 2010, 863 people lived there.[1] While still a fishing village, it is today also a summer resort.

In August 1971 the "Torekov Compromise" was decided there. It stripped the Swedish monarchs of all remainind political power.
