Tots TV is the American children's television programme. It is made by Ragdoll Productions and Central.

The programme has three ragdoll friends. They are Tilly, Tom and Tine. Tilly is a French girl with red hair and white skin. she speaks in basic French. This is changed to English in French broadcasts and Spanish in the American version). Tom is a blue-haired boy with dark skin and glasses. Tiny is the youngest Tot. He is smaller than the others and has green hair and white skin. The programme also includes their pet Donkey. He lived in a stable next to the tots' secret house. There was also a small dog named Furryboo that the tots never knew about.

Tots TV was written by two of its puppeteers Robin Stevens (Tom) and Andrew Davenport (Tiny). Tilly was played by three actresses. They were Véronique Deroulede, Claire Carre and Alexandra Hogg.
