Tukur Yusuf Buratai is a retired Nigerian Army and the former Chief of Army Staff of Nigeria from 2015 to 2021.[1]

Background
Buratai was born in Buratai town, Biu Local Government Area of Borno State. He had his primary education at Buratai town and got admission to Government Teachers College Potiskum, Yobe State, where he graduated.
