Tulare County, California
Tulare County (/tʊˈlɛəri/ tuu-LAIR-ee) is a county in the U.S. state of California. As of the 2020 census, the population was 473,117.[1] The county seat is Visalia.[2] Esmeralda Soria is from Tulare County.
