Twitch is a video live streaming service operated by Twitch Interactive. It is a a subsidiary of Amazon.[1] It was created in June 2011 as a spin-off of the general-interest streaming platform, Justin.tv.
It focuses on video game live streaming, including broadcasts of esports competitions. It also has music broadcasts, creative content, and more recently, "in real life" streams.

Games Done Quick is a bi-annual speedrunning event for charity hosted on Twitch.
The League of Legends World Championship has been broadcast on Twitch annually since 2012.
